What I do...
I am here to guide you so that you can live a sustainable healthier lifestyle. I help people who lack self confidence to create more long term consistency in the gym so that they can improve their relationship with themselves and take control over their health.
Going to the gym, exercising and living a healthy balanced lifestyle does not happen overnight. It has taken me years to get to where I am today. Happy, full of energy, motivated, consistent and loving life!

Strength
Build a leaner, stronger and more confident you focusing on strength training. This training will enhance your ability to function on a daily basis. Strength training will help improve your bone density, build lean muscle mass, whilst loosing body fat.
Functional Training
Focusing on movement patterns that are used in daily life, such as walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting and lunging. Functional training increases your mobility, stability, coordination as well as strength.
Muay Thai Fitness
The art of 8 limbs, originating from Thailand. Using your fists, elbows, knees and shins to strike. These sessions are inspired by Muay Thai. An explosive and cardio based workout, that will put you through your paces, leaving you feeling amazing!
About Me
My fitness journey started back in 2012, when my bestie encouraged me to join her gym. I remember heading straight to the treadmill and I would run for an hour. We went to spin classes together and then headed straight to Max Brenner for a hot chocolate and treat.
Fast forward 2 years and we moved gyms and invested in a personal trainer together. It was the best decision we made for ourselves. For me, it was being held accountable every week and getting ideas on what to do when I was at the gym on my own. It is very daunting when you see all of the equipment and not know how to use them! It was in these years that I became a coach for a women’s only kickboxing gym. I met so many amazing people during this time, and every session, I would feel a sense of satisfaction seeing that this group of females walked out of my session having smashed their workout, feeling great and having that sense of belonging in the community we created.
Over the years, I have been up and down with my dieting and obsessing over the number on the scales, always wanting to “lose weight” or “get lean”, from being on a calorie deficit to binge eating.
In 2022, I qualified as a personal trainer, following my passion of wanting to help others navigate their path into their fitness journey through sharing my experiences and expertise in this field. Having a personal trainer who can teach you the why behind exercises, educate you on your own body and help you gain confidence in the gym makes a big difference. I see and hear too often people joining the gym and then heading to the treadmill (that was me!) or not performing exercises correctly and then ending up injured and stopping training all together or even worse, being "too scared" to join the gym.

There is so much more to going to the gym to look good. The benefits of exercise for your mental health outweighs anything else! Lifting weights does not make you bulky, dieting is not about starving yourself to lose weight, the list goes on!
People tell me that I am crazy for waking up at 4am to get my work out and walk in before I start my busy day. They always ask, "how do I fit everything in?" Over the years I have worked on myself to prioritise my health and well-being with healthy habits to start my day right. It doesn't matter what time you go to the gym, as long as you go and make it a way of life.
